Welcome! I’m a creative soul with a deep passion for crafting exceptional food and unforgettable experiences.
My journey in the culinary world began in 2021 when I earned my Diploma IVQ Level 6, diving headfirst into the art of gastronomy.
Since then, I’ve honed my skills in some of Johannesburg’s most prestigious dining hotspots, including Sandton, Rosebank, and Melrose Arch. These experiences fueled my love for innovation and excellence in the kitchen.
Beyond the bustling city, my heart has always been drawn to nature. With a profound respect for wildlife conservation and a dedication to supporting local farmers, I ventured to Mpumalanga’s Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve.
There, I served as a Head Chef and Food & Beverage Manager, blending culinary mastery with the serenity of the bushveld.
